VietCal had been taking surgeons to Vietnam annually for 4 years, and they’d grown large enough that they needed organization and systems. We incorporated streamlined systems for donations, co-ordinating volunteers, and for boots-on-the-ground record keeping.

The site houses both an outward facing presence for those interested in the program and a password protected inward facing site to track everything from board minutes to flight schedules.
